Simply put, there is no right way to do a wrong thing. At Delta Chi we don’t haze. Our pledgeship program is based on team-building and welcoming and integrating our new brothers into the chapter.

Delta Chi “pledges” are given more membership rights then any other national fraternity. Referred to as “Associate Members” and not pledges, Associate Members can vote in all elections, run for any chair position, and vote on any issue except for issues of membership granting and revoking.

Furthermore, our chapter policies stipulate that no Associate Member may be compelled to do any job or activity not required of full members.

We believe that demeaning activities only lead to resentment and division, and they have no place in the chapter.
